My family doesn't usually dine at fancy restaurants. It was one of my birthday treats and the hubs brought his favorite girls to Pete's Place at Grand Hyatt Hotel. A cozy restaurant located at the basement level of Grand Hyatt Hotel, serving very delicious Italian cuisine, with great service and an environment suitable even for young children. The high chairs look like Stokke's! Certainly of good quality and safety for the little ones!
Happy little girl looking forward to having a fancy meal!
You simply cannot miss out on the wide variety of bread toptions to whet your appetite before the main courses. My little girl certainly enjoyed the very soft and fluffy bread!
Calamari Fritti $18. Fresh squid that is lightly battered. Crispy and tasty, albeit a little small for the serving size. Or maybe I was just greedy. =P
Tagliolini alle Vongole $28. Fresh juicy clams with a generous serving of pasta.
Spaghetti Cioppino $46. This is one of the signature dishes at Pete's Place. A must-try! A huge serving of pasta served with fresh seafood including half a lobster, crab meat, large and juicy clams and tiger prawns. Very delicious and satisfying indeed!
Tiramisu $16. Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. The tiramisu at Pete's Place was rich, creamy, and very delightful. It brought a very satisfying end to the entire meal. But I actually thought the tiramisu at Tiong Bahru Bakery was even better and at a lower price.
